Watch and Find Memes for Me and get Paid (Clip selector Instagram Reels, Reddit, Twitter

Hi, I run meme compilation channels on Youtube. Try Not To Laugh type channels.

I need someone who is willing to LEARN and become an EXPERT meme clip selector that is passionate with finding the funniest meme clips on the internet for me.

3-4 hours/day
No free days
(If you need free days, you can work in advance)

Work requires a pc/laptop, it can be done from phone too but it would take much longer.

This is not a gig or a pay per project post, i am looking for someone that can grasp my style and work for me LONG TERM, not complete a few projects.

The job itself:

You receive my instagram account for reels, ideally you also have your own instagram reels account filled with similar humor. You receive more meme pages (reddit, twitter, instagram etc)

You watch and judge the meme clips and figure out which ones i want to use, download them, put them in a folder.

Convert all clips.

Uploads the folder to google drive.

This the basis of what you would be doing for 3-4 hours a day. Basically search the internet for the funniest meme videos that match my humor, you will be given very clear instruction and coaching.

Your first message to me should be:

Send me one meme CLIP (max 20-30 seconds) from youtube/instagram that you consider matches the description:
Not tiktok humor, not millennial humor. American humor, youtube meme compilation humor, try not to laugh challenge type humor.

Moving up:

Your base salary when you are hired (after the training period which will also be paid) will be 390$/month (13$/ day)
After 6 months of working together and delivering the same top quality consistently, i will raise your salary to 450$/month (15$/day)
After 1 year, i will raise your salary to 600$/month (20$/day)

I can also offer you 3-4 more hours of work per day if you wanna go full time, and double your salary. If you can deliver the quality i am looking for and you never miss a day of work, you will be treated well.
