Wave Bookkeeping Accounting Specialist

Hello we are looking for a booker keeper/ accountant for 2 of our companies as well as some past reconsolidating as we are restructuring our LLC’s.

To start things off we are closing 1 LLC and splitting it into 2.

All transactions up till end of October have been accounted in 1 LLC via Quickbooks.

But we need to delegate those costs/payments to our new LLC’s.

Currently everything is in quickbooks but for the new LLC’s we are looking to use Wave.

After our books are in order and organized and clean.

We need someone who can help with the following.

1 LLC – Connecting all of the cards and one bank account and keeping track of all expenses. For this company we have one vendor we pay so you would need to check weekly to ensure we are getting charged properly for the services they provide. All of the breakdown is organized on spreadsheets for your ease. But right now we have no idea if we are being charged properly and we need someone to double check what we owe and what they say we owe. Our transactions on this business range from 20-50 per month but we need the weekly accounting to make sure that we are paying the vendor the right amount.

2 LLC – Connecting all of the cards and one bank account and keeping track of all expenses. This is a very minimum matinence business model and you would have to do P&L once a month with around 20 transactions per month.

We need to setup payroll as well for both of these companies for only one employee that takes 50% of profit per month.
