Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
-Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and other digital channels to source potential candidates.
-Perform phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
-Develop and implement creative and effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.
-Administer employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
-Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
-Manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
-Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related queries and issues.
-Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding programs and training materials.
-Maintain and update HR databases with candidates’ data.
-Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate employment terms, as necessary.
-Handle the release process in a manner that respects both company protocol and employee dignity.
Requirements and Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
-At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
-Proven experience as an HR recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficient in full-cycle HR recruitment, including onboarding and release processes.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Must be fluent in English.
-Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
-Demonstrated experience in social media recruitment, including sourcing and engaging with candidates on various platforms.
-Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and make data-driven recommendations.
This is a full-time position, The salary is negotiable and subject to performance-based increases. We love giving out discretionary performance BONUSES!
