Job Summary
We are currently looking for a hardworking, reliable and friendly individual to join our existing team to work as a Business Support Analyst.
You will be working for a UK Business that has several services around Shipping and Logistics. The Role requires you to mainly focus on supporting the Customer Billing / Credit Control side of the business and support Linked in marketing. From time to time, you may be asked to perform additional duties like Social Media advertising, Account setup, Invoice analysis, Email management and Diary Management. You must be able to work independently and “multitask” to be successful in this role.
Full training will be provided.
Successful applicants will be given a paid trial period to see if you will be a good fit for the position. If you are looking for full time/part time job with long term job prospects we are the place for you.

Main Responsibilities:?
• Customer Invoice checks and queries , sending Customer invoices & updating reports Perform basic data analysis on spreadsheets
• LinkedIn posting message using a template, connection requests and online messaging
• Perform Daily Checks / Data sweeps on software
• Email Management
• Diary management
• Ensure that data is entered consistently, accurately into a Database and / or a CRM.
• To carry out any other tasks deemed necessary and reasonable by the Company and able to work flexible working hours when necessary including cover for absence?

• Good level of English speaking and writing
• Performance and resilience are an absolute must.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong and effective communicator with excellent writing skills
• Demonstrate very good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to be proactive with a positive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude
• Extremely organized, multi task and a self-starter.

• Microsoft Office or Google’s office suit (docs, sheets, notes etc.)
• Familiar with world wide web and social media.
