You will also be taking the lead as an Editor for graphics, videos, and exciting content!

RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as an Admin Support and will take the lead in managing assigned projects
Answer customer queries and provide high-quality customer service
Manage company website by posting, editing, and removing products
Content posting on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest)
Photo and video editing including graphics design
Calendar & email management
Other relevant tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience as a General Virtual Assistant or Social Media Admin (handling admin and social media tasks) for more than a year is required
Must be proficient in using Shopify and Canva, and must have a decent design portfolio
With a working knowledge of different social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok
Exceptional communication skills (English required; verbal and written)
In-home office setup including Mac or PC Computer (including webcam) with minimum i3 processor and 8GB)
A fast and reliable internet connection with a backup source
Extremely self-motivated with solid time management
Must be open to a fast-paced, dynamic role
Must be focused on keeping business owners organized and supported in their role
Must be able to assist and act in a confidential capacity
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet or beat deadlines with little to no error
This is for a full-time position and the rate of pay would be from $4-6 USD (skill-based). The work schedule would be from 9 pm to 6 am (Manila time) either Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday.
