We need a rockstar VA who likes writing content and using Canva! We have started to develop our marketing to quite a professional standard, and we need a rockstar to assist! We need someone who can help us dominate our space by following our marketing blueprint and expanding it into the following: Social Media, Website content, blogging and SEO, creating lead magnets and building funnels, and creating facebook ads. We are a small electrical and engineering company based near London, UK. We might be small, but we operate in the top 10% of electrical companies in terms of service provided.
Some of the work the company does includes: Fitting new electrics into homes and shops, upgrading kitchens and bathrooms, fitting smart products like wi-fi lights, providing extra ventilation into homes, searching for the next bit of tech for our clients, etc
As an integral part of our British Limited Company registered at Companies House UK, you will be a highly valued individual and highly invested into from the start. You will get to learn the nuts and bolts of what a small business looks like from a top level view, and have the opportunity to work on the nuts and bolts in highly professional ways. You will get to be riding shotgun with our director, learning and helping them with some of the following:
Sales and marketing operations
You will primarily be building and maintaining sales funnels, using all arms for the marketing mix to help lead a dominating sales strategy, including:
Building landing pages, crafting ads and posts, and remarketing techniques, managing our CRM, managing our email marketing campaigns, dominating social media posts and engagement, managing our online presence and creating content for SEO purposes.
Building landing pages and lead magnets
Creating and maintaining landing pages for each of the separate service funnels we have on offer. Helping to create the lead magnets that sit inside.
Crafting ads and posts that could be of a selection of genres:
Local and informative, helpful guides and advice, attention grabbing, showcasing our work, and more.
Social Media Management:
Content creating, scheduling and monitoring the platforms to engage with our clients.
Platforms: Facebook, Linkedin, Insta, Nextdoor, etc
Managing our CRM:
Our customer Relationship Management System is second to none. You will get to learn it and use it to help our operations branch run smoothly
Web presence management and SEO:
Content creating, blog writing, aligning content and layout to really match client pain points and ensure click through
Market research and lead generation:
You will get to research the market, see what the local trends are, and identify and nurture leads
Business Management Operations
You will be helping to craft a slick and well ran business. Some of the activities you’ll have the opportunity to do:
Business process analysis and streamlining, creating business documents such as process flow charts, client helpsheets and guides, employee contracts, client quotations and contracts, learning and implementing business strategies and best practices, monitoring finances and implementing profit first strategies, and managing human processes and performance.
General business tasks
General admin and business tasks that keep the engine well oiled and the cogs turning
Terms of Employment
Requirements
A good stoic philosophy and go-get-’em attitude
A degree, ideally in business, marketing or engineering (electrical/electronic very desirable but not essential).
Familiar and quick with a variety of softwares, including:
word processing, spreadsheets, email clients and image creation & manipulation (powerpoint and canva or similar) essential.
Impeccable english writing skills essential.
You don’t have to be an expert at any of these. This is an exciting role where the learning curve will be steep, but we’ll guide you to reach the quality we want, and you’ll end up becoming an excellent business professional who’ll give the whole VA industry a run for its money!
What you get from us
£3497 per annum salary, (PHP 20,494 per month) and in true Filipino fashion, you’ll get the 13th month on top!
This will be reviewed at the end of each year, and will continue to increase on an annual basis.
Initially starting on a 3 month trial leading to permanent employment.
