We are looking for a Social Media Manager

We are currently looking to hire someone to handle our social media accounts and help us to expand brand awareness. We want to see that you have a strong interest in marketing and always strive to become better, consistently learn, and improve yourself.

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
– Build relationships with influencers and, on behalf of our brands, negotiate with these influencers regarding cooperation strategy, contract, payment, etc.
– Maintain long-term and steady collaboration with influencer partners, develop and execute strategic marketing promotions and campaigns, and update cooperation strategies timely.
– Monitor and analyze the data of promotions and campaigns, refine and upgrade promotions and campaigns based on previous performance.
– Support all other Marketing Department functions as needed including copywriting, proofreading, market research, etc.

Qualifications:
– Have a degree in Communications or Marketing
– 1-2 years previous influencer marketing management, campaign experience, digital media planning and/or placement experience is a PLUS but not required. NEWBIES are WELCOME!
– Excellent Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, and other social media best practices and influencer marketing principles.
– Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics is a PLUS but not required
– Knowledge of standard software tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
– Good at simple video/photo editing is a plus for this job.
– Knowledge and experience in Influencer Marketing is a plus
