We are looking for an attentive and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
– Develop and implement client retention strategies and best practices to enhance customer loyalty and prevent loss of business. Build relationships with customers and establish trust to increase their likelihood of staying with the service.
– Identify potential client concerns or dissatisfaction and proactively address them before they escalate.
– Provide personalized assistance to clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions to match.
– Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to clients, contributing to revenue growth while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
– Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable recommendations.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
– Stay up-to-date with product/service offerings, industry trends, and best practices to better assist clients.
– Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
– Must have at least 6 to 12 months of Customer Service experience
– Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
– Exceptional active listening skills
– Must have Integrity
– Must be flexible
– Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
– Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Must be comfortable with working anytime between 7 AM – 7 PM CST, Monday to Saturday (the exact schedule will be determined after hiring)
Benefits:
– Starting pay: $135/week paid every two weeks
