Job Description

We are a fast growing global business with a successful Amazon Account operating in most of the global markets. We are looking to continue to grow our Amazon Account through best practice Account and Listing Management and launching new products.

We are looking for an experienced Amazon VA to manage Account Operations and maintain the catalogue across our 9 Amazon Markets. The role reports to our Amazon Account Manager and will be part of a very experienced Amazon team.

Soft Skills:

* Strong attention to detail
* Self starter – you are confident and take the initiative to get things done with minimal supervision

Basic Skills:
* Proficient written English (will be assessed during the recruitment process)
* Proficient in using flat files to manage content
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel aswell as Google Sheets
* Accurate data entry

Technical Skills:
* 4+years of Amazon Seller Central experience including inventory management and business reports (US Marketplace)
* Proficient in using flat files to manage Amazon content

Desired (But Not Essential) Technical Skills
* Walmart Marketplace Account Management including operations and content management
* Experience in Amazons European marketplaces (espec UK and Germany)

Detailed Responsibilities:
Account operations:
• Planning inventory requirements
• Creating shipping plans
• Managing shipment reconciliations
• Inputting orders into our 3PLs system
Catalog Maintenance:
• Monitoring listing content
• Uploading new content, using flat files
Troubleshooting:
• Logging and managing support cases to resolve issues as required
Reporting:
• Assisting with data entry for performance reporting
• Complete ad-hoc reporting tasks
Ad-hoc tasks:
• Supporting the Amazon team as required
