The Opportunity:

As a Sales Executive – Student Recruitment, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding our student community. Your mission is to connect with potential students, understand their aspirations, and guide them toward the life-changing experience of an Alpha Technical Training qualification.

Sales Dynamo:A proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Relationship Builder:Develop and nurture relationships with prospective students, guiding them through their educational journey.

Education Enthusiast:A passion for vocational education and a belief in its power to transform lives.

Digital Savvy:Utilize digital platforms to reach and engage with potential students effectively.

Initiative and Drive:Take the initiative to explore new avenues for student recruitment and contribute to the growth of our student community.

Roles & Responsibility:

Conduct a needs analysis with each prospective student to recommend the most appropriate course.
Review prospective students’ eligibility for entry into the courses available against the admission requirements.
As we are just developing our sales team, initially assist with integrating CRM and later Effective pipeline management within the CRM to convert leads and opportunities into new student enrolments.
Manage emails, telephone calls and consult students who walks into our department.
Attend to prospective students and student enquiries in an efficient, professional, and timely manner.
Manage pipeline of sales enquiries with high level detail and responsibility of student enquiry through to enrolment.
Push existing marketing strategies and promotions to students and delivery of conversion strategies to achieve revenue and targets.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and agents for markets that come under individual targets and manage relationships with external departments to ensure smooth sales processes.
Follow policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
