We are looking for an organized, hardworking, and reliable Executive VA to help us manage our online businesses. You’ll be involved in a wide variety of tasks that we could use help with, such as:
– Review and rewrite processes and procedures
– Write up/Propose new SOPs
– Follow up on important tasks
– Conduct Product/Competitor Research and Analysis
– Manage and Analyze budget and financials
– Maintain accurate and comprehensive records
– Suggest and Write proposals, presentations, and reports
– Organize, execute, facilitate meetings, and record minutes
– Other administrative work
– Digital Marketing Work
– And more…
Skills/Experience Required:
1) Excellent English and Communication Skills – This is a must
2) Knowledge in Project Management Best Practices
3) Leadership and Organizational Skills are a must-have
4) Great Computer Skills (a fast computer is a plus)
5) HTML/Coding knowledge is a plus
6) Fast and reliable internet
7) Type-A Personality
8) Trustworthy and the ability to keep confidentiality
9) A lot of patience, Problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
We are looking for someone who can commit to a full-time permanent position.
