Job Description:
I am seeking a talented and creative Social Media Creation and Management and PR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for holistic health and wellness and be adept at creating engaging content and managing social media platforms. This role will also involve handling public relations activities to enhance the company’s image and promote our services effectively.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and client acquisition.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
Monitor and respond to social media interactions, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the nutritionist and other team members to create high-quality, informative, and engaging content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
Develop a content calendar and ensure consistent posting schedules.
Produce graphics, videos, and written content that highlight our services, success stories, client testimonials, and wellness tips.
Public Relations:
Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company’s public image and promote our services.
Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and newsletters.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers in the health and wellness industry.
Coordinate and manage media inquiries, interviews, and press events.
Monitor and report on media coverage and PR campaign performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and analytics tools.
Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and online engagement strategies.
Ability to create visually appealing graphics and videos using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Passion for holistic health, nutrition, and wellness.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience working with influencers and managing influencer marketing campaigns.
