We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard, is ready to learn many new skills quickly, and is great at working independently. This role can be intense for the first 3 months, as you will be learning a lot. This position requires versatility, the ability to jump from one project to another quickly, and a can-do mentality.

We want to train you so you can be an expert at B2B marketing.

Core Responsibilities

Our senior team devises the strategies, and you will prepare the assets and execute the campaigns.

Support the development of comprehensive project plans for marketing campaigns

You will be exposed to marketing strategy, content creation, social media, search engine marketing, marketing automation, Simple Photoshop edits/creation –

ie: email banners Simple Canva creation – email banners, social media graphic images

Editing of HTML email templates

Scheduling email blasts and newsletters

Scheduling email automation

Uploading website popups, banners

Creating/Updating LinkedIn Ads

Creating content for social media

Writing blogs

Posting blogs

Simple WordPress (and other website) edits/changes

QA – typo, spelling, & grammar check

Website Health Checks

Organizing shared google drive

Taking notes on calls

Updating client call decks

Some reporting (pulling reports and formatting them from our technologies)

Skillsets

Copywriting and editing skills

Expert at social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).

Knowledge on how to use Adobe Photoshop, Canva, WordPress, and some html knowledge

Must be well-versed in the entire Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).

Must be generally savvy with multiple software types and be able to pick up new tools quickly.

Must be self-motivated and be able to hit the ground running.

Bonus if you know Facebook ads or Google AdWords

Achiever, positive attitude, detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
