We are currently looking to hire someone to handle our influencer partnerships. We want to see that you have a strong interest in influencer marketing and always strive to become better, consistently learn, and improve yourself.
The Influencer Marketer is responsible for supporting and developing the company’s brand identity through the successful development and execution of strategic social media influencer partnerships and original content campaigns and all other activities supporting the Marketing department.
SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
– Build relationships with influencers and, on behalf of our brands, negotiate with these influencers regarding cooperation strategy, contract, payment, etc.
– Maintain long-term and steady collaboration with influencer partners, develop and execute strategic marketing promotions and campaigns, and update cooperation strategies timely.
– Monitor and analyze the data of promotions and campaigns, refine and upgrade promotions and campaigns based on previous performance.
– Support all other Marketing Department functions as needed including copywriting, proofreading, market research, etc.
Qualifications:
– Have a degree in Communications or Marketing
– 1-2 years previous influencer marketing management, campaign experience, digital media planning and/or placement experience is a PLUS but not required. NEWBIES are WELCOME!
– Excellent Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, and other social media best practices and influencer marketing principles.
– Understanding SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus
– Knowledge of standard software tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
– Good at simple video/photo editing is a plus for this job.
