Job Description

Position Overview: As the Creative Project Manager, you will oversee the project management aspects of landing page development for our e-commerce clients. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage the efforts of the design and development teams, ensuring that projects are executed according to client specifications and deadlines. While you will not be directly involved in the design or technical development, you will ensure that all components of the project align with strategic goals and quality standards. Additionally, part of your role involves conducting targeted research to gather insights that inform and enhance the landing page strategy. This role requires effective communication to serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear and constructive interactions to deliver optimal project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and clear communication.
– Understand clients’ objectives, preferences, and feedback to effectively translate their vision into compelling landing page designs.

Research across Facebook Ad Accounts:

– Conduct thorough research and analysis of clients’ Facebook ad accounts to gather insights on audience demographics, interests, and behaviors.
– Utilize findings to inform landing page design briefings, such as imagery, messaging, and call-to-action elements.

Creative Briefing for Landing Page Design:

– Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and insights for each project.
– Develop comprehensive creative briefs that outline project objectives, target audience, brand guidelines, and desired outcomes.

Oversight of Design for Quality Assurance:

– Work closely with our design team to ensure that landing page designs meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and effectiveness.
– Provide constructive feedback and guidance to designers throughout the design process.

Pseudo-Project Management:

– Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and resources to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality landing pages.
– Keep stakeholders informed of project progress, milestones, and any potential challenges.

Post-Development Checks:

– Conduct thorough testing to ensure that landing pages are fully functional across various devices and browsers.
– Address any technical issues or discrepancies promptly to guarantee a seamless user experience.

Qualifications:

– Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in advertising creative strategy either on the ad side or post-click side. Preferably within the e-commerce or digital marketing industry.
– Creative Flair: A keen eye for design aesthetics and a passion for creating visually appealing and conversion-focused landing pages.
– Client-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and exceed their expectations.
– Project Management Skills: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating resources, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error-free work.
– Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
