Peak Biome is experiencing rapid growth, and we’re expanding our customer service team.
We’re looking for people with a minimum of 1-year of customer service experience.
Here are a few MUST-HAVE qualities we’re looking for…
* Can think independently and solve problems quickly

* Has excellent attention to detail
* Can learn to solve problems on their own with limited help
* Can multi-task and operate more than one customer service program at a time
* Can follow directions and stick to the procedures/systems we have in place
* IS NOT LAZY and can keep focused even while working from home
* Can work during weekends

* You must be able to work independently and learn on your own as long as given access to training materials
* You must be professional at all times
* You must be trustworthy
* You must be punctual when it comes to deadlines and meetings
* You must be a team player
Having knowledge and experience with the tools below is a Plus but not mandatory:
* Clickbank
* Konnektive
* Freshdesk
* Freshcaller
The minimum requirement for computer specs:
* i3 8th gen or i5 8th gen, 8GB RAM or more. You need to already have this type of computer specs before applying. A computer with lower specs than the minimum specs mentioned may not work.
* You must own a noise-canceling headset.
* Internet connection: MUST BE STABLE for taking calls. You MUST have a RELIABLE backup. (at least 10 Mbps)
* Must live in an area with zero to a minimum and rare power outages. You MUST have a RELIABLE power source backup.
* MUST HAVE A NEUTRAL ENGLISH ACCENT.
* Must have a quiet workplace.
