We’re Looking for a Part Time Virtual Hiring Recruiter for a Sandwich Shop Business – PART TIME

We’re Timmy T’s – a sandwich shop business in Hawaii with Fast, Fresh, and Friendly environment.

We’re on the lookout for someone outgoing, with a pleasing and energetic personality to help our business grow by finding the best sandwich shop staff.

We need someone best at making connections and selling a brand’s vibe and culture. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely approximately 2-3 days a week for 4 hours each day.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct virtual interviews for sandwich shop staff positions. (General Manager, Shift Leader, Sandwich Maker, etc.)
2. Embody the Timmy T’s brand vibe and culture of being fast, fresh, and friendly during the interviews.
3. Showcase our expansion plans and promote the brand during interviews.
4. Use judgment calls and excellent people-reading skills to assess candidates.
5. Create engaging and persuasive content for LinkedIn posts, articles, and updates to showcase Timmy T’s expansion plans/franchise opportunity, highlighting Timmy T’s culture.
6. Previous experience in hiring or recruitment is highly recommended.
7. Identifying potential franchise partners from the applicants.

Requirements:

1. Someone knowledgeable in LinkedIn/LinkedIn Job posting to help our business sell a franchise.
2. Super outgoing and energetic personality, with a passion for promoting Timmy T’s brand.
3. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting preferred.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. High-quality webcam with 1080p or 4k resolution and a high-quality microphone.
6. Ability to work independently and make sound judgment calls
