YOUR ROLE as a Project Manager of Billion Euro Enterprises

We are looking for a “Scrum Master” to be responsible for our team’s success and lead us through the entire process so that our team can focus on doing work. You are responsible for meeting notes and organize all scrum (our project management system) meetings with the team. You ensure continuous and clear communication. You remove obstacles to the team’s progress and protect the team from outside distractions and distractions. You ensure good relations within the team, between the team and the product manager, and with all external parties. You will guide our Product Manager to support them in documenting and prioritizing requirements.

You use a Trello board and make sure all checklists are addressed and all cards are used correctly.

SO AGAIN, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WITH US:

– Make the team successful.

– Lead the whole team through a proper scrum process so that the team can focus on getting their work done. Take administrative responsibility for meeting notes, organize all scrum meetings with the team. Ensure consistent and continuous communication.

– Remove things that block the team from progress (clear obstacles). Protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions.

– Ensure a good relationship within the scrum team, between the team and the product owner and to all outside parties.

– Coach the product owner to support them, document their requirements and prioritize them.

– Use our project management software and make sure that all checklists are processed and that all cards are used correctly.
