Position: Sales Agent Trainer
Job Type: Full-time (72 hours per week), 6 days per week (12-hour shifts with 1 day off)
Responsibilities:
Guide and mentor sales agents to excel in client interactions and maximize sales opportunities.
Provide constructive feedback and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages continuous improvement and achievement.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide insights to optimize productivity and revenue generation.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective training programs and resources.
