Over the past few months, we’ve gained over 8,000 users and more than 85,000 jobs have been tracked on the platform.

* Who are you?

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Lead/VA to spearhead our online presence and engage with our rapidly growing community. Your role will be pivotal in shaping Eztrackr’s brand voice and digital footprint, harnessing the power of social media to connect, inform, and inspire our audience. We have one goal – to get more presence and visibility.

To qualify for the position, you will need at least 1 year experience in the following:
– Copywriting
– SEO
– Social media content creation

Additionally, you should be comfortable with communication, able to learn new skills quickly, have excellent English skills, and not be afraid to ask questions! We will work together and grow together.

Bonus points – if you have ANY experience or knowledge in career building, job hunting, or pain points of job seekers.

* What will you do?

This is a growing position, with a lot of room to grow your career, and responsibilities. As we analyze what works and what doesn’t, we will pivot our efforts to more impactful tasks.

– Post on TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram reels about job tips to engage users
– Create content for job searching and career tips
– Post on social media about the latest feature releases
– Reach out to find content creators for affiliate marketing
– Research competitors, and find pain points from other users
– Commenting on niche accounts and communities to talk about Eztrackr
– Stay active on Eztrackr Discord by posting resources, starting conversations, and engaging users
– Create, manage, and update marketing campaigns using the most effective methods currently available. Which methods we use is up to you — you’re the expert!
