As a Web Administrator in our Global team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our online presence. Your expertise in Webflow will be instrumental in creating compelling listings for each company on our website, conducting period QA, and providing technical support and troubleshooting, that align with our commitment to offering a diverse range of currencies and efficient banking solutions across the globe.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough research to identify companies offering financial products and services online, utilizing various online resources and tools to gather accurate and up-to-date information.

* Collect pertinent information about each company, including contact details, services offered, key features, and any other relevant details that will enhance the listing.

* Use Webflow to create compelling listings for each company on our website while ensuring that the content is well-written, engaging, and optimized for search engines.

* Conduct periodic quality assurance (QA) checks on the website to ensure functionality and user experience meet our standards. Address any issues or inconsistencies promptly.

* Regularly update and maintain the listings to reflect any changes or additions to the companies’ services. This includes adding new listings, removing outdated information, and making necessary edits.

* Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users experiencing issues with the website or accessing information. Liaise with IT or web development teams as needed to resolve technical issues promptly.

* Provide regular reports and updates on the progress of listing additions and website performance. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure transparency and accountability.

* Actively solicit feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members regarding the website’s functionality, content, and overall user experience. Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Requirements:

* Experience in digital content management and website administration, demonstrating competence in handling various website-related tasks.

* Proficiency in Webflow for website management and updates, ensuring smooth and effective site maintenance.

* Thorough understanding of SEO principles, tools, and best practices to optimize website performance and visibility.

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in website content.

* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.

* Familiarity with EMI (Electronic Money Institution) or payment services industries, facilitating tailored website management in relevant contexts.

This role is offered at Part Time, 20 hours per week, at $10 per hour. This is a fully remote work and work hours will be between 4:00pm – 8:00pm Philippine Time. Guaranteed no time tracker with screenshots and you will be working with an amazing team!
