Responsibilities:

Event Page Creation and Setup:
– Create and configure event pages on the platform for organizers, ensuring accurate and compelling event information.
Work closely with organizers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on optimizing event pages for maximum impact.

Customer Support:
– Provide excellent customer support via email, live chat, and phone to assist organizers and attendees with any inquiries related to event setup, ticketing, and general platform usage.
– Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Troubleshooting:
– Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to event pages, ticket transactions, and other platform functionalities.
Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.

Training and Onboarding:
– Conduct training sessions for event organizers on how to use the platform effectively, including event page customization, ticket management, and reporting.
– Assist new users with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Quality Assurance:
– Perform regular quality checks on event pages to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with platform standards.
Identify and report any bugs or system irregularities to the development team.

Requirements:

Technical Proficiency:
