As we continue to expand our online presence and enhance our e-commerce platform, we are seeking a talented Web and E-commerce Designer to join our team on a virtual basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the digital experience for our brand and driving online sales growth.

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Web Designer based in Davao, Philippines to join our team as a Virtual Contractor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that effectively communicate our brand message and meet our business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about web design and eager to contribute to the growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives for the website and e-commerce platform
• Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts, landing pages, and e-commerce features using best practices in UX/UI design
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders
• Implement and maintain e-commerce functionality, including product pages, shopping cart, checkout process, and payment gateways
• Optimize website and e-commerce performance for speed, responsiveness, and search engine visibility
• Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Web Designer or E-commerce Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous projects
• Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and/or Sketch, as well as experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices, with a focus on driving conversion and enhancing user engagement
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment
• Experience with e-commerce analytics tools and SEO optimization techniques is a plus
