Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web and Mobile Design Specialist to support our design and product management efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in web and mobile design, proficiency in Figma, and familiarity with product management software. Experience in 3D graphics and photography is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for various projects.
Utilize Figma to develop, edit, and maintain design prototypes and wireframes.
Use and create components, styles, and variables within a design system.
Implement auto layout and grid systems for web and mobile designs.
Assist in managing design projects using product management software.
Create and edit vector graphics using Adobe Illustrator.
Modify and export vector files.
Create and edit graphics for marketing materials, presentations, and social media.
Support the development of 3D graphics and visualizations.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Assist with photography tasks, including photo editing and
enhancement.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Web and Mobile Design Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
Ability to use and create components, styles, and variables within a design system.
Experience with auto layout and grid systems for web and mobile designs.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
Ability to create, modify, and export vector files.
Familiarity with product management software (e.g., Trello, Asana).
Strong knowledge of web and mobile design principles and best practices.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills

Experience with 3D graphics software (e.g., Blender, SketchUp).
Proficiency in photography and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
