We are seeking a highly motivated Web Content Creator & Developer to join our team. In this role, you will wear two hats – crafting compelling content and building user-friendly websites using WordPress. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of creativity and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:
Content Creation (35%)
Write high-quality, engaging blog posts on a daily basis, adhering to a provided format and style guide.
Conduct research and gather information to support content creation.
Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and SEO best practices.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and topics to inform content strategy.

Website Development (40%)
Build new websites using pre-designed WordPress templates.
Customize existing WordPress websites by modifying layouts, colors, and functionalities.
Adding Content via WordPress (you will create some content)
Utilize basic HTML programming to make minor website adjustments.
Utilize SEO plugins such as RankMath.
Manage DNS using CPanel.

Graphic Design (15%)
Create basic graphics (e.g., social media visuals) to complement the website and content.
Maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all platforms.

Reporting (10%)
Setting up Google Analytics, Search Console, and possibly other programs.
Must know Google Analytics and preferably Adwords.

General
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Be a team player and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to deadlines.
Continuously learn and expand your skillset to stay updated with the latest trends.
Qualifications:

Proven experience creating engaging and informative content.
Experience building and customizing WordPress websites.
Working knowledge of HTML and basic understanding of CPanel.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Canva, or similar) a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a can-do attitude.

Typical Projects: We sign a physician who needs a website, we give you a client overview (tone, keywords, services, guidelines, logo, etc.) and then we download a wordpress theme and you create the site, perform SEO, and continually add content. Then you work with the sales person/client advisor with reporting so they can in turn speak to the client about their success, opportunities, etc.

Availability from 1 PM – 5 PM PST. (Initially this is 20 hours per week, but with the right person can be 35-40 hours per week and as we grow could turn into a manager position with a 2nd or 3rd Word Press Developer, Social Media, or Content Creator). As we grow you should be able to grow with us.
