Web Design Agency looking for Project Manager / Client Success Manager

We are a dynamic web design and WordPress development agency dedicated to delivering high-quality digital solutions for our clients.
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager / Success Manager to oversee and manage client projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, project management expertise, and a keen eye for design. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Figma and have a basic understanding of WordPress. This is a full-time position, paid hourly on a weekly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
– Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular updates and meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues.
– Scope Management:
Develop and define project scopes, ensuring all requirements are clear and achievable. Manage any changes to the project scope, ensuring that they are communicated and agreed upon by all stakeholders.
– Team Coordination:
Facilitate effective communication between clients, designers, and developers. Ensure that all team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.
– Budget Management:
Monitor project budgets to ensure that projects are delivered within the allocated budget. Identify and address any potential budget overruns.
– Timeline Management:
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met. Proactively identify and mitigate any potential delays.
– Design Proficiency:
Utilize Figma to make design changes, create prototypes, and ensure that design standards are met. Provide design input and feedback as needed.
– Project Management Tools:
Manage projects using tools like Notion, ClickUp, or Trello. Ensure that all project tasks are tracked, and team members are held accountable for their work.
– Team Performance Tracking:
Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring that all team members are meeting their responsibilities. Implement administrative and operational processes to improve team efficiency and accountability.
– Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and team performance. Ensure that all processes are documented and followed consistently.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Project Manager or Success Manager in a web design or development environment.
– Proficiency in Figma with the ability to make design changes and create prototypes.
– Basic knowledge of WordPress.
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Experience with project management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, or Trello.
– Experience working with agencies; this should not be your first agency role.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to hold team members accountable and track performance metrics.
– Experience in marketing is a plus.
– Availability to work with overlap in European and US (eastern) hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in web design or development.
• Knowledge of additional design tools and software.
• Familiarity with administrative and operational processes in a creative agency environment.
