Job Overview:

seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Designer and Developer who is also proficient in SEO, social media account management, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of web design principles, development practices, and the ability to enhance our online presence through effective SEO strategies and social media marketing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Web Design and Development:**
– Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites.
– Ensure websites are optimized for performance, speed, and scalability.
– Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and implement their vision accurately.
– Maintain and update existing websites to enhance functionality and user experience.

2. **Search Engine Optimization (SEO):**
– Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve the company’s search engine rankings.
– Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
– Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and other elements for better search engine visibility.
– Monitor and report on SEO performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.

3. **Social Media Management and Marketing:**
– Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, stories, and campaigns.
– Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company’s website.
– Monitor social media trends and analyze metrics to improve engagement and reach.

4. **Digital Marketing:**
– Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC, and content marketing.
– Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
– Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience as a Web Designer and Developer.
– Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
– Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.
– Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
– Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts.
– Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
