Web Design – Project Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
Work directly with clients as their direct point of contact, asking key questions to understand their needs, educating them through clear communication, and making suggestions on industry best practices
Spearhead multiple projects simultaneously to create websites that exceed client expectations and appeal to the client’s target audience
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of websites
Work to maintain our world-class client retention rate by delivering a high level of client satisfaction
Develop and outline project specifications for website builds (utilizing UX best practices)
Organize and communicate project schedules to internal team members
Perform quality testing for website builds and launches, evaluating performance, functionality, UX, etc
Complete deliverables in a timely and efficient manner
Use organization, communication, and troubleshooting skills to balance multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
2+ years experience in Web Project Management
Outstanding customer service skills, in any industry
Advertising/marketing agency experience
Experience in setting and communicating priorities to a project team
Experience in computer science/HTML/CSS or UX (User Experience)
Experience in WordPress Management
Presentation skills

Must be FLUENT in spoken and written English.
Proficient in Google Workspace.
Previous graveyard work experience preferred.
Must be able to work a night shift for 8 hours, Monday-Friday EST.
Must have the following: Own computer unit; Stable postpaid internet connection and backup; Backup power supply.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php80,000.00 – Php200,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
