Web Design Quality Assurance (QA) Designer

Northera is seeking a creative and experienced Design QA to enhance our team. The perfect candidate will boast a robust background in web design, with a profound grasp of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles. This role is pivotal in crafting visually striking and intuitive Landing Page designs within Figma, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure all designs resonate with Northera’s branding and objectives.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct detailed reviews to ensure design quality and consistency across all landing pages.
-Utilize Figma to create and refine visually appealing, user-centric landing page designs.
-Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and design teams to align projects with overall business goals.
-Implement UX/UI best practices to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
-Provide constructive feedback to design and development teams, highlighting necessary revisions to meet design standards.
-Ensure all designs adhere strictly to Northera’s brand guidelines and identity.
-Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to Northera’s web presence.

Qualifications:
-Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web design, particularly in creating landing pages that drive user engagement.
-Proficiency in Figma and other design tools, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
-Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and their application in creating effective web designs.
-Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts and revisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage design projects from conception to completion.
