Web Design & SEO Expert for Photographers

Hi there! I’m Bri, a busy wedding and senior portrait photographer.

I am looking for a skilled and creative Web Design & SEO Specialist to join my team on a freelance basis. Your main focus will be on creating and optimizing my photography website to attract more clients and showcase my work beautifully.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a visually stunning and user-friendly photography website. (My website is hosted on SquareSpace, so experience in SS would be a plus!)
• Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Optimize website content for relevant keywords and ensure it aligns with SEO strategies.
• Create & manage blog with engaging content related to photography, weddings, senior portraits, etc. (I will train you on how to create these!)
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular reports.
• Collaborate with me to understand my brand, style, and goals to ensure the website reflects my vision.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in web design and development, ideally for photography or creative businesses.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and strategies.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design tools.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and website builders.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. (Great English is a must)
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Portfolio of previous web design and SEO projects, preferably in the photography industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with photographers or other creatives.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
