Job Description:
As a Web Designer at Data Talent Advisors, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional websites that combine functionality and aesthetics. You will work closely with the CEO and project manager/s to create visually appealing and intuitive web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with CEO and project manager/s to understand their requirements and goals.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly website designs that align with the project’s objectives.
• Use industry-standard design software and tools to create and edit graphics, images, and multimedia elements.
• Select and implement suitable color schemes, typography, and layout designs.
• Ensure the consistency of branding and visual identity across all web assets.
• Optimize web designs for performance, speed, and SEO best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the highest level of creativity and innovation.
• Conduct user testing to gather feedback and make necessary design improvements.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Provide design support throughout the project lifecycle and address any design-related issues.

Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a web designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal).
• Knowledge of JavaScript and front-end development frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
• SEO knowledge and best practices.
• Animation and video editing skills.
