We’ve identified a critical gap in the current care model, particularly in the transition from treatment programs to building purpose-driven lives through meaningful employment for those in recovery.

We collaborate with treatment providers, government agencies, and recovery coaches to ensure this vital aspect of the recovery journey is integrated into the suite of services provided to their clientele.

The Challenge:
We are seeking a dynamic Web Designer to create and maintain website assets that not only attract but also convert potential clients, both in a B2B and B2C setting. This role is crucial in driving sales for our program.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly website assets.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to optimize website for lead generation and conversion.
Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility.
Regularly update and maintain website content to ensure accurate and current information.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to make data-driven design decisions.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in web design and development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla).
Familiarity with SEO best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
