About Us:

Our company has over 10 years of experience in the digital space and is committed to delivering exceptional digital marketing results for our clients. We’re looking for an experienced Web Builder to take our Premium Designs and ensure that the assets are uploaded to platforms such as (Wix, WordPress, Shopify or other platforms in a responsive manner, these assets will be wire framed and PSD Mockup designed to make the process flow for our chosen web designer. We are looking for a team player that has experience building and trouble shooting built websites to ensure a satisfied customer experience.

Job Description:

As a Website Builder at The Creative Mind Agency, you will be responsible for meeting with the design team & clients during our onboarding calls to ensure the developing websites meet our clients’ needs and specifications. You will work closely with our clients and the project team to create websites that are both visually engaging and technically sound. Your role will involve:

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development: Build websites from scratch using various tools, technologies, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace Web10, HTML/CSS).

Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, offer technical expertise, and provide solutions to meet their goals.

Content Integration: Integrate text, images, videos, and other multimedia content into the website.

Functionality: Ensure that websites are user-friendly and fully functional, with an emphasis on responsive design for mobile compatibility.

Customization: Customize and modify website templates or themes to suit specific client needs.

Optimization: Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine visibility.

Testing: Conduct testing to identify and resolve issues, bugs, and inconsistencies on the website.

Maintenance: Provide ongoing maintenance and updates to ensure the websites are up-to-date and secure.

Client Training: Train clients on how to use and update their websites, as needed. We will catalogue this process meaning anytime a client has an issue we loom record the issue to ensure all clients are receiving the same solution for ongoing issues to ensure we as a company are proactive and become less reactive.

Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with web development trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a website builder or web developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your web development skills and projects.
– Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Wix, and other web builder platforms).
– Knowledge of design principles to aid in working with the design team.
– Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques. (“We provide company knowledge as well”)
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills. “We provide a Crm system and have daily meetings to ensure a proven process.
– Attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines.
