I am hiring a WordPress Elementor Web Designer to work FULL-TIME for 40 hours a week.
**Your Responsibilities:**
– Design, build, and launch WordPress websites using Elementor.
– Ensure websites are visually appealing with a modern and sophisticated design style.
– Apply SEO knowledge and experience to enhance website visibility.
– Utilise UX/UI design and CRO/CX expertise to create a high-quality customer experience with high sales conversion rates.
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
– Communicate effectively during customer design meetings and articulate design decisions clearly.
– Implement best practices for website security, functionality and performance
– Assist clients in maintaining and updating existing websites.
– Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
– Establish Woo-commerce stores
**Requirements:**
– Ability to work full time (40 hours per week) with majority completed within business hours.
– Minimum 3 years of experience with WordPress Elementor.
– Strong understanding and prior application of SEO principles
– Expertise in user experience (UX) design and conversion rate optimisation.
– Knowledge of CSS and HTML is advantageous.
– Ability to create high-quality websites within tight timeframes.
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent English and communication skills
– Strong internet connection and fast computer.
– Video calling capability and Slack instant messaging app
