Job Overview:
As a web designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting the visual elements and user interfaces of websites and web applications. Responsibilities:
Visual Design:

Front-End Development:
Utilize HTML, CSS, and sometimes JavaScript to implement and refine designs on the web.

Collaboration:
Work closely with developers to implement design elements accurately and troubleshoot design-related issues.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure visual and textual content aligns with the overall design aesthetic.
Design Guidelines and Documentation:
Create design guidelines and documentation that outline design principles, color schemes, typography, and layout guidelines.
Maintain consistency in design elements across various pages and sections of websites.
Stay Current with Industry Trends:
Stay updated on emerging design trends, web technologies, and best practices to ensure designs are modern and relevant.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
Familiarity with user-centered design principles and UX/UI best practices.
Portfolio showcasing previous web design projects demonstrating creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of JavaScript and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) is a plus.
Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing is advantageous.
