Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and creative Front-End Web Developer with expertise in Elementor Pro and WordPress to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining visually appealing and user-friendly websites. This role requires a keen eye for design, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of front-end web development best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Website Development: Build and customize responsive websites using WordPress and Elementor Pro, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility across various devices and browsers.

Design Implementation: Transform design mockups and wireframes into fully functional web pages, adhering to brand guidelines and design specifications.

Plugin and Theme Management: Install, configure, and manage WordPress themes and plugins, particularly those related to Elementor Pro, to extend website functionality.

SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and search engine ranking.
Performance Optimization: Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and security.

Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and errors on websites, providing ongoing support and maintenance as needed.

User Experience (UX): Focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly web interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in WordPress: Extensive experience with WordPress, including theme and plugin development and customization.
Expertise in Elementor Pro: Strong knowledge of Elementor Pro and its advanced features for building and customizing websites.
Front-End Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Responsive Design: Experience in creating responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
Design Tools: Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
SEO Knowledge: Understanding of on-page SEO techniques and best practices.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of PHP: Basic understanding of PHP and its integration with WordPress
Knowledge of Python
Familiarity with Web Analytics: Experience with tools like Google Analytics to track and analyze website performance.
