What You’ll Do:
• Design Masterpieces: Create visually captivating, user-centric websites that drive engagement and sales, including
beautiful, compelling graphics.
• Collaborate and Conquer: Work closely with our talented marketers, developers, and strategists to bring ideas to life.
• Innovate and Iterate: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate your creative vision, and then bring
these designs to fruition.
• User-First Approach: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and perfect the user experience.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our clients stand
out.
• Optimize for Success: Ensure websites are fast, scalable, and responsive across all devices.

What We’re Looking For:
• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field with at least 5 years of
experience.
• Proven Track Record: A strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce websites and experience with American web design
firms. Demonstrated success in driving online engagement and conversions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-Oriented: A commitment to quality and a keen eye for detail.
• Quick Learner: Ability to adapt swiftly to new challenges and opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a top marketing firm.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and Elementor.
Work Schedule:
• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern.
