Web Designer

We are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) freelance Web Designer to work with one of our clients. In this role, you will leverage your design and UX expertise to enhance client websites visually. You will be responsible for taking recorded client calls and executing design work, stepping into the role previously held by the client. Your experience in banner design, as well as your background in SaaS and agency environments, will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

Proficiency in Figma is required, with Webflow experience highly preferred. You will collaborate closely with the client to understand their goals and translate them into visually compelling designs. This position demands a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.

About the work
Enhance client websites visually by utilizing your design and landing page/UX expertise to create superior user experiences and visually compelling designs
Review recorded client calls to understand client needs and execute design work effectively, stepping into the role previously held by the client who was the primary designer
Utilize your design skills on other design tasks the client may need help with, ensuring consistency and high-quality results across all projects
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and deadlines
Continuously seek innovative solutions and stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep client websites competitive and engaging

Boxes to check
Minimum of 5 years of experience in web design, landing page design, and UX, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in these areas
Demonstrated experience in banner design, with examples of successful banner campaigns
Proven track record of working in the SaaS and agency industries, showcasing your ability to adapt to different client needs and environments
Ability to understand client goals and translate them into visually compelling designs, taking client websites to the next level
Experience in collaborating with clients directly, including reviewing recorded client calls and executing design work based on client feedback
Proficiency in Figma is mandatory, with hands-on experience in using Figma for design projects
Strong communication skills to effectively interpret client needs, collaborate with team members, and deliver high-quality design solutions on time and within budget
Highly preferred but not required is experience with Webflow, showcasing your ability to work with different design and development platforms
