Web Designer

Responsibilities:

-Continuous Landing Page Design:
Regularly design unique, visually compelling landing pages tailored to a variety of campaigns and objectives.
Ensure each landing page provides an intuitive, engaging user experience aligned with specific client goals.

-Innovative UI/UX Application:
Apply the latest UI/UX best practices to create designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally effective.
Focus on responsive design to ensure optimal performance across all devices.

-Creative Ideation and Execution:
Independently conceptualize design ideas that align with project briefs, showcasing your creativity and understanding of current trends. Efficiently turn concepts into high-quality designs with minimal back-and-forth.

-Project Adaptability:
Adapt to various client needs and brand styles, demonstrating versatility in your design approach. Collaborate with the team to understand and implement specific client requirements and feedback.

-Ongoing Collaboration and Feedback:
Engage in regular discussions with the team for project briefings and feedback. Maintain clear communication and flexibility in design revisions as needed.

Requirements:

-Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in Web Design,
-Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Webflow).
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance.
-Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
-Commitment to staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Prior experience working with multiple clients.
-Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and how they influence design decisions.
-Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design specs.
-Experience working within the e-commerce industry is a plus!
