We are looking for a world-class Web Designer to work with us on a semi-full-time basis.

About the brand:
Ketsali is a brand that was developed to promote Latin lifestyle living. The brand was developed to expand and improve both indoor and outdoor living concepts within Latin American Properties. Our thesis is: “Customers will pay considerably more for a curated and branded home vs a non-curated home”. Our architectural designs support environmental sustainability through improved indoor energy efficiency, water conservation, and on-premises food production. We support regenerative village development strategies. Our operations are based in Dallas, Texas. Our first developed home was established in San Miguel De Allende Mexico. This initial development incorporated the following:
• Energy efficiency through insulated concrete strategies.
• Variable Rate Flow HVAC solution
• Onsite farm-to-table food production includes vegetable gardens, olive trees, cabernet franc vines, and lavender flower gardens.
• Integrated gardens and landscape with annual perennial flower gardens
• Curated indoor fragrance product line
• Curated interior furnishing design utilizing mostly local artesian furniture providers balanced with internationally recognized furniture brands. This provided a fusion and integration of both local non-branded solutions and internationally branded products.
• Use of local labor force training and improved building strategies
We seek to bring families closer together by developing sustainable living standards.
Ketsali generates revenue through a combination of efforts including:
• Development of raw land infrastructure with land entitlement (Sell finished product to a developer)
• Development of luxury homes (Sell finished product to single owner or investment group)
• Short-term rental. We partner with hospitality operators who bring the bookings and operate the premises. We make either a percentage of the income or establish a pre-determined monthly rental fee.

The professional we are looking for should possess:
-strong artistic organizational web development skills
– should have an extensive portfolio in web design
– at least (4) years in web designing
– Understand the fundamental elements of design and marketing to apply to websites
– MUST have examples of websites they have designed in WordPress to show
– A better understanding of the landscape market and competition
We need a web designer to help us artistically improve the current website and incorporate the brands’ different ventures (Development Projects, Development Concepts, Home Decor, Fragrance Line).
We need a web designer to tell the story of KETSALI, how it started, and how it’s developing.
Software/s to be used: WordPress
Working hours: Semi- full-time. (Possibility of working for GlenMartin’s websites)
Compensation: To be Arranged with the Client.
