Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Web Designer and Developer with a strong background in both design and development. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with Webflow, as this will be our primary tool for website creation. You will be responsible for designing and developing user-friendly websites that align with our clients’ brand identities and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Design visually appealing and intuitive website layouts, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Develop fully functional websites using Webflow, including custom animations, interactions, and responsive designs.
Implement best practices in web design and development to optimize site performance and accessibility.
Maintain and update existing Webflow websites as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality and performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web design and development trends and technologies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Web Designer and Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your Webflow projects.
Proficiency in Webflow is a must; including building responsive websites, custom animations, and interactions.
Strong understanding of web design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools is a plus.
