Web Designer and Digital Marketing Specialist for Print on Demand & Multiple Businesses

We are seeking an experienced Web Designer and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at Behmworks. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and manage the online presence of multiple businesses, with plenty of room for advancement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design, print on demand, social media management, brand development, marketing, graphic design, and video editing. Familiarity with common tools of the trade is essential. Knowledge of Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and PPC is a bonus. The candidate must be ready to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up and manage a print on demand website using Printful and Shopify.
2. Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen our businesses’ market presence.
3. Manage social media accounts for multiple businesses, including content creation and posting.
4. Redesign and maintain the Behmworks brand-focused wholesale partner website (Click to view).
5. Create compelling graphics, images, and videos for use in marketing campaigns, brand development, and social media.
6. Optimize and manage Amazon listings, including keyword research, image creation, and video production.
7. Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and PPC campaigns to improve performance.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in web design, digital marketing, and brand development.
2. Familiarity with and access to common tools of the trade, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
3. Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and production.
4. Proficiency in using Printful, Shopify, and popular social media platforms.
5. Knowledge of Amazon SEO, listing optimization, brand registry, and PPC is a bonus.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
8. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
9. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
