Responsibilities:

– Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute web design strategies that align with our business objectives.
– Create visually captivating, user-centric, and responsive websites that deliver an outstanding user experience.
– Develop and optimize website content, graphics, and multimedia elements to enhance engagement and conversions.
– Plan and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to boost website traffic and user engagement.
– Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and user preferences that will inform design and marketing decisions.
– Monitor website and campaign performance using analytics tools and make data-driven adjustments to optimize strategies.
– Keep up to date with industry trends, design standards, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
– Proven track record in web design, demonstrated through an impressive portfolio of previous projects.
– Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other essential web design tools.
– UI/UX design experience
– Working knowledge of graphic design. (Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop as well as cloud software such as Canva a plus)
– Expertise in crafting and executing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, etc.
– Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
– Strong creative and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
– Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
– Effective time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
– Shopify Experience is a plus
