Landing Page Builder | Tech Support
(1 full-time, remote position available)
You are a highly motivated and reliable team player who has an eye for detail in website and graphic design. You are able to effectively convert graphic, video and copywriting into a landing page that is user-friendly with eye-catching graphics and buttons that convert.
You are able to provide technical assistance and support to clients and team members within the marketing are conversant in website design, building and maintenance (good typology, UX/UI, graphic design & technical skills) and speak & write English. You are also eager to sharpen your web design skills, enjoy creative problem solving, responsive around teams and strive to support them around tight deadlines.
Key Responsibility #1 – Design and develop visually appealing, high-converting landing pages using our proven copy and paste templates
Create responsive, landing page designs on GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels (no experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript required)
Design eye-catching mockups using a design software (e.g. Canva & Photoshop)
Optimise landing pages for UI/UX (user experience/user interface)
Ensure designs align with clients’ branding and marketing objectives
Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques, such as A/B testing, heatmaps, and user behaviour analysis.
Build opt-ins, email sequences, SMS sequences, and appointment booking automations using our copy and paste templates & SOPs
Key Responsibility #2 – Provide technical support to clients, management and team members
Maintain and troubleshoot marketing agency tools and systems
Respond to technical support requests within 24 hours
Create membership areas and upload course materials into learning portals
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues within 24 hours
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and understandable manner
Assist with the setup and maintenance of CRM, project management tools, and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Notion & GoHighLevel)
Ensure the proper functioning of hardware and software within the agency.
Key Responsibility #3 – Collaborate with clients, management and team members
Communicate with clients to gather requirements, feedback, and approvals for marketing campaign
Work effectively with our team of media buyers, copywriters and video editors to build the landing page and conduct split tests
Work effectively with our team to ensure our clients maximise their ROI with us
Assist with the setup and maintenance of CRM, project management tools, and marketing automation platforms
Work with our copywriter/media buyer to create ad creatives
Document practices into standard operating procedures
Multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
Requirements:
Experience
Preferred certification & experience in web design, graphic design, information technology, or digital marketing
Prior experience in creating landing pages and providing technical support, preferably within a marketing or digital agency setting
A portfolio showcasing a variety of successful landing page projects and demonstrated technical problem-solving abilities.
Skills
Strong visual design skills, including colour theory, typography, layout, and UX principles
Proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator
Interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Patience and empathy when dealing with clients and colleagues experiencing technical difficulties
