We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Designer/Developer join our team. As a Web Designer/Developer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company’s website, ensuring its functionality, security, and optimal performance. The graphic designer and web developer hybrid role combines the artistic flair of a graphic designer with the technical expertise of a web developer. In this role, professionals will create visually captivating and user-friendly website layouts, incorporating graphic design principles such as color schemes, typography, and imagery to achieve aesthetic excellence. Responsibilities:
Manage and update website content using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress,
Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes or improvements to ensure optimal functionality. Conduct regular backups of website data and ensure data integrity and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ensure website compliance with accessibility, SEO, and other industry best practices.
Monitor website traffic, analyze user behavior, and provide insights to optimize user experience and engagement.
Implement and maintain website security measures, including SSL certificates and firewall configurations.
Manage domain registration, DNS settings, and web hosting accounts. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies and make recommendations for website improvements or updates. Train and assist team members in utilizing website tools and CMS functionality. You will be responsible for creating visually captivating website layouts by applying graphic design principles, including color schemes, typography, and imagery. Additionally, you will design and develop graphical elements such as icons, buttons, and banners to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of websites. Your web development skills will be utilized to implement these designs using coding languages, ensuring the website is responsive and optimized for various devices. Collaborating with stakeholders, organizing content, incorporating SEO best practices, conducting testing and debugging, and staying updated with design and development trends will also be part of your role. Overall, as a graphic designer and web developer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and fully functional websites that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Requirements:
Must be proficient in English Language.
Proven experience as a graphic designer, web developer or similar role.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web servers.
Experience with website analytics tools, SEO principles, and web accessibility standards.
Familiarity with website security best practices and common vulnerabilities.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
The graphic designer and web developer hybrid role requires proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
