**About Us:
We are Blisster Inc., a web development company specializing in creating and managing websites for business customers. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality web solutions, we are seeking a talented Web Designer/Developer to join our team.

**Responsibilities:
Take conceptual ideas and transform them into visually appealing, functional websites.
Manage the site layout, design, and creation process.
Update pages as necessary.
Utilize platforms like TemplateMonster to build working sites from templates.
Collaborate with clients and management to understand project requirements and deliver outstanding results.

**Preferred Skills and Experience:
Proficient in standard web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
Experience with WordPress and its customization.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design and development work.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Copywriting page content.
Ability to schedule meetings with management and clients between 8:00am to 5:00pm Central Standard Time (US).
Flexible working hours outside of scheduled meetings.
