We are seeking a designer who can help us build websites in WordPress, but also can create impressive logos from scratch (NOT just pulling templates from Canva, but actual true logo design from within Photoshop or Illustrator).
This is not a contract-to-contract, project-to-project position, but a true consistent position.

About Compensation:
• The first month is a trial month for which the candidate(s) will be paid weekly upon fulfillment of work to establish trust for both parties.
• Compensation is base pay plus bonuses and pay increases based on performance and loyalty, as well as the ability to grow and expand your skillset.
• After the trial period, our compensation is a monthly payout based on salary. We will cover this throughout your interview process.
• Willing to negotiate and work with you on your schedule. Please be forthcoming during the interview process of your desires.
