About Us:*
We are an ambitious group operating within the hospitality and real estate sectors, focusing on cafe bar restaurants and property management. Our portfolio includes the distinguished “Eden” brand, featuring three cafe bar restaurants, “Rooney’s Bar”, and a successful real estate business. We’re on the hunt for a creative and skilled Web Designer to work with us on a project basis, contributing significantly to our online presence and growth strategy from anywhere in the world.

The Role:
Position:Project-Based Web Designer (Remote)

-Projects Overview:
1. Eden Cafe Bar Restaurants Website:
– Design and launch a comprehensive website that showcases our three Eden Cafe Bar Restaurants, each located in distinct areas of Liverpool. The site will feature an About Us section, Menu, Location Information, Social Media Links (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X), Events Page, SEO-optimized pages for each location, a Booking system, and a Voucher section.

2. Rooney’s Bar Website:
– Develop a dedicated website for Rooney’s Bar, mirroring the functional requirements of the Eden website, but tailored to reflect Rooney’s unique identity and customer experience.

3. Real Estate Business Website Revamp:
– Undertake a full redesign of our real estate website to modernize its look and improve functionality, including adding a blog, SEO-targeted pages for local areas, and enhanced property listings. The current website is created in WordPress and will require a web designer with good experience of WordPress

Requirements:
– Demonstrable web design experience, supported by a portfolio that showcases your ability to create visually appealing and functional websites.
– Proficiency in web development platforms, particularly WordPress.
– Strong eye for detail and graphic skills.
– Strong understanding of plugin integration for improved functionality and user experience.
– Solid knowledge of SEO principles to boost website visibility and ranking.
– Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently on a project basis and maintain effective communication with the team.

Desirable:
– Previous experience in web design for the hospitality and/or real estate industry.
– A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset to ensure our websites stand out.
