Introduction
We are a family-owned marketing agency based in the United States, focusing primarily on SEO and website development. In addition, we provide advertising and lead generation services. We’re on the hunt for a talented and passionate Web Designer & Developer to join our close-knit team. This role is tailor-made for a detail-oriented self-starter who is great at design, web development, and has an excitement for challenging projects. If you are a tech-savvy professional with an excellent eye for design and the skills to create websites that not only look great but also rank well on Google, we’d love to hear from you.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain websites that meet both aesthetic and technical standards.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL.
• Implement responsive design to make websites accessible across various devices.
• Conduct SEO optimization to ensure websites rank well on search engines.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements and offer creative solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create web assets for campaigns, including landing pages and advertisements.
• Debugging and problem-solving across a variety of web technologies.
• Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues that may arise.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in web development and design.
• Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from quick turnaround smaller tasks to complex longer-term projects.

Must-Haves
• A strong work ethic and reliability, with the ability to show up and deliver every day.
• Self-starter mentality, able to take on projects and see them through to completion.
• Passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
• Proven experience in web design and development, with a portfolio of projects.
• Expertise in coding animations using GSAP, Click to view, or equivalent tools.
• Solid proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL.
• Strong SEO knowledge to ensure websites are optimized for search engines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A keen eye for design, understanding of color schemes, layout, and typography.
