We are seeking a full-time marketing oriented webmaster/designer.
This position will primarily support a non-profit foundation and a small university in the USA.
Simply put, you should be able to do it all, including design amazing sites, including landing pages and funnels, with high conversation rates. These sites need to be mobile first and highly responsive. They also need to integrate seamlessly with all of our other systems so that data flows where it needs to within the organization for timely follow-up.
Some specific responsibilities include:
– Design and implement simple to complex websites, landing pages, funnels, and so on that sell
– Handle all graphics needs
– Ensure excellent load times
– Coordinate with the ads team to ensure high Google (etc.) quality scores
– Integrate with other marketing tools such as autoresponders
– Handle all tracking for website visitors and actions
– Handle integration with other content management systems, membership systems, sales systems, social media platforms, and so on
– Ensuring cross-browser and platform optimization
– Keeping up with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to operations and activities
Also important are:
– Design skills, graphic arts capability, video editing skills, etc.
– Interest in online marketing

– Solid ability in both English written and verbal communication

You must be a strong independent worker for this position. You will be working 100% remotely, managing your tasks to meet deadlines and potentially in a different time zone than many of your colleagues.
It’s a bonus if you have one or more of the following skills (not required):
– Experience with the fundamentals (or more) of online marketing
– Up-to-date understanding of SEO principles
– Advanced online tracking/analytics skills
– Social media management skills
– Knowledge of or interest in the English speaking spiritual marketplace
